Canva Pro is great for anyone who’s not technically a designer but needs to design some nice looking items. I love using Canva for editable social media templates for myself and my clients. With the pro version you can upload your brand fonts and colors so all of your designs match your overall brand. For about $12/month it’s totally worth it! You can sign up for Canva Pro with my referral link here.

I run my whole life with TickTick and wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve tried EVERY project management tool out there and TickTick beats every single one of them. It syncs to my Google Calendar, has a fantastic mobile interface, and the web app is always open in my browser while I’m working. It syncs with Toggle for time tracking as well and has reminders and time blocking to keep me on track throughout the day. It’s 100% FREE to use, but premium is only $27/year and has a badass calendar. I’d pay $300/year if I had to! Sign up for free and check it out with my referral link here.

I love G Suite for my business because it keeps me super organized. I use G Suite for email, writing content, sending client homework, organizing my calendar, tracking budgets and analytics with spreadsheets, client/customer surveys and more!

I use Dubsado for all of my design proposals, contracts, and invoicing. It’s an all-in-one solution and it’s very comprehensive.

I love Namecheap because their user experience is so simple and sleek! Plus, they have really good prices on domains.

Google Analytics tracks all of your website traffic which allows you to see who’s visiting your website, where they’re from, where they came from, what pages they visited, and how long they stayed (plus a lot more!)
