How does the four-week guarantee work?
Once we’re officially underway, you'll receive an email to schedule your onboarding call. This will also grant you access to our project management tool, where you can track progress and complete necessary discovery items. During the call, we’ll review the discovery phase details and and ensure we have everything we need to launch on schedule. A recording of the call will be available for future reference.
Our four-week timeline starts once all discovery items are complete. During the clarity call, we’ll confirm everything needed for the design phase. From there, we’ll deliver your completed brand and website within three weeks, followed by a final week to review, refine, and perfect everything before launch.
What if I already have a logo/brand?
Most brands that haven't been designed by us need a few tweaks and typically aren't a full brand identity design. Because of this, we want to ensure your brand stands out and is unique so any element that you don't already have we'll be sure to design (or redesign, if needed) for you!
What if I already have a website?
Then it's time to probably do a refresh or a redesign or you wouldn't be here! We recommend a website refresh around the 1-2 year mark to ensure it's performing as needed and aligns with your current business goals.
Will the website be SEO optimized?
Yes, all websites are designed with SEO in mind and will be SEO optimized for each page on your new website. We'll also submit your website to the search engines to ensure it gets scanned. Keep in mind, your website will need to be published for a few months before it starts going higher in the search results. SEO optimization can take time to reap rewards and updating your website with fresh content, new blog posts, and new pages can help boost your results!
What platform do you use to design websites?
We use WordPress.org and Elementor to design our custom websites. Your new website will be 100% customized to your business and brand for a stunning and unique end result!
How easy is it to update my website on my own?
It's super easy! You'll receive training videos on how to navigate the backend of your website as well as how to edit content such as photos and text. We're also here to assist with updates to your website as needed!
What do you get with the free month of social media marketing?
You'll receive 20 custom post graphics designed in your branding, 20 post captions, and hashtag sets to align with each type of post. You'll also receive resources on how to post them on your own or we can do it for you! These graphics can also be reused since you'll have access to the templates through Canva.
How does the one year of free hosting and upkeep work?
You'll be the sole owner of your hosting plan with your own login so you have full access of your website. You can choose to host elsewhere, or stay with our hosting. After the first year we have various paid hosting plans to choose from which include more support options along with design update hours. We'll discuss this more once we're ready to launch!
What marketing services do you offer?
We offer social media marketing, email marketing, and blogging services. If you're looking for marketing services only, simply book a call with us here!
What is the return policy?
Our design process is highly collaborative, and once the design phase has begun, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction, and if you have any concerns or need adjustments, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@luxedesign.co. We’ll work with you to ensure your project meets your expectations.
